Join the St Martin-in-the-Fields Emerging Artists alongside priest and poet Laura Darrall in the Tunnel Shaft of the Brunel Museum for an atmospheric concert of choral music and contemporary poetry. Ranging from Hildegard’s 12th-century chant to works by present-day composers such as Lucy Walker, the programme reflects on the beauty and fragility of the natural world, interwoven with poetry that echoes the music’s themes of earth and sky.
The museum bar will be serving organic wine and beer from 5:30pm. Guests for either performance are welcome to join us from 5:30pm until 9pm.
