Make your own Thames Tunnel

It took Brunel 18 years to Tunnel under the Thames but with our craft kits your child can design and build and their own miniature Thames Tunnel in 18 minutes.

Ship of Blue Prints

Our ship shape picnic table in the lower garden has 100 tiles illustrating 100 Brunel projects. We have intentionally left some of the tiles blank. You and your child can sit admire Brunel’s plans and draw your own.

Bench bridges

In our outdoor piazza we have three sculptured benches, Brunel Bridges in miniature, that show two different bridge constructions: arch and suspension, and Brunel’s last great Bridge (the Royal Albert – which features a train!) is a a mixture of both.
