Coronavirus Track and Trace
In line with government regulations relating to Covid-19, numbers are limited. As requested by the Department for Health and Social Care, we will collect and keep your details safely and in compliance with GDPR legislation for 21 days before securely disposing of or deleting them. We will only share your details with NHS Test and Trace, if asked, in the event that it is needed to help stop the spread of coronavirus. We will not use your details for any other purposes or pass them on to anyone else.
Forms for Participatory Projects
When you contact us via an online form, complete a printed form, or speak with us in person or by telephone for a participatory project, your responses will be stored securely and will only be accessed by the team who are running the project. All the questions on the forms are optional.
We process your information on the basis that you have provided consent by submitting a form. If you are responding in person or by telephone, we will ask for your consent at the time. If you are selected work with us on a project, all your information will be stored securely and held for the life of the project plus two years, after which it will be destroyed. If you are not selected, your information will be deleted at the end of the project.
