Join us on Friday, 30 May 2025 for a special edition of the Wild Things Gardening Club at the Brunel Museum’s Secret Garden, created in collaboration with Global Generation and as part of The Herds action project.
The Herds is a creative action project that brings together artists, young people, and communities to explore our relationship with the natural world. Through events, performances, and hands-on workshops, The Herds invites participants to reflect on themes such as migration, climate, and connection—using art and storytelling to support environmental awareness and collective engagement.
The Wild Things Gardening Club is a family-friendly programme hosted in the Brunel Museum. Designed for children and their families, the club offers hands-on gardening activities that encourage exploration of the natural world. Through planting, storytelling, and nature-based crafts, participants can learn about plants, wildlife, and the environment in a supportive outdoor setting.
This event will focus on butterfly migration and pollination, explored through gardening activities, nature-based storytelling, and discussions.
Face painting inspired by butterflies will be available during the sessions.
Session times:

Morning: 10:00am – 12:00pm
-
Afternoon: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
