For 2025, we have decided to introduce a locals tickets. This will be open to all those living in the SE16 and SE8 postcodes.
Locals tickets, for self-guided visits and for our Guided Tour Weekends, will cost £2
This price will be the same whether you book online or pay on the day.
In order to prove you’re a local, you’ll need to bring something with your name and address on it and show us it when you arrive.
We’re very excited to be able to welcome our local communities with this offer, and to enable more people to discover the stories of the Thames Tunnel, the Brunel family, and the incredible science behind a project which still benefits communities in SE16 and SE8 to this very day.
