Buying as a gift?

You can also buy membership for a someone else. If you provide their name and email address in the ‘Order Notes’ box at checkout, we will send them their digital welcome pack directly (this can be done on a specific date if requested).

If you would like to include a welcome pack with a physical gift from the museum shop, we are happy to print out the details and include them in the package on request.

If you are buying the membership as a gift, please remember to provide the name of the recipient and their email address in the “Order Notes” box.

You can also use that box to let us know a personal gift message that you would like included in the package, or the date on which you would like the recipient to be emailed their welcome pack.

Please note that it takes a week for your membership to be processed – if you wish to visit the museum and have not yet received your membership pack, please come into the museum, bringing a copy of your order confirmation (on your phone is fine). You will not be able to book in advance until you have your membership number, but can telephone the museum on 020 7231 3840 before you arrive if you would like to check capacity.
